New house

These aren't the best pictures but here is our humble abode....

Front room

Kitchen

Living room

Back yard. We have to finish it. I'll give you the before and after later.

So it took us about three weeks but I can finally say we are settled. Moving was such a pain and I really forgot how much crap we have. I have a huge DI pile in the garage. All the neighbors were so much help moving in and have all been so so nice! It seems like there are so many kids in the neighborhood. We went to church yesterday for the first time and could not believe how noisy sacrament was! It will take some getting used to socializing again but I think we'll survive.... Brinley and Saddie have already made lots of friends and Jason has spent a few late nights talking in the yard...of course....Thank you so much to everyone who helped us move we really could not have done it with out you!!! Thank you Nicole for doing all the little extras while I was at work!!! You guys are the BEST!!!! We love having the room again and having all our stuff bak from storage I love that we get to start "over" again but I really miss our old neighborhood...the first one not the town house one! I miss that feeling of belonging...I realize how much I took it all for granted! Hopefully we'll start feeling like this is "home" soon.

I have been waiting to see your pictures!! I'm sure that it is the best feeling in the world to have all of your own stuff out again. Your house looks so nice. We'll have to come out and see it. I'm sure that you'll have lots of friends and feel like you "belong" in no time, but we sooooo miss you guys. It's just not the same. Love ya all!

What a cute home! I'm so happy for you! It always takes time to feel "at home" in a new house and neighborhood. Every time I've moved, I've had to remind myself that it will take about a year before I can't imagine living anywhere else. So give it time! I'm glad you had a great Mother's Day!

Your new place looks nice. I am so happy that you guys found a place to live. I wish that I could've been there to help you move. You have always been such a great help during my moves. And there have been many!! To answer your question from my blog. No, I haven't given up on blogging and switched to fb. Actually, I really only get on fb a couple of times a week. I used to have feelings anxiety when I hadn't posted on my blog in a while and it started becoming a feeling of another thing on my to do list. I have realized lately that I love to blog a fb but in moderation. There has to be a good balance to everything and when I feel like my other obligations as a mother and such are going on the back burner I need to realize that I cannot let those things that are in my presence be forgotten or put on the way side because I am blogging or facebooking. Does that make sense? Anyway, I still love to get on both and keep in touch and find out what people are up to but I don't get around to blogging as much as I used to. I guess I feel like if I post at least once a month than it is still letting people know what were up to more than I ever did before. I love looking at your blog and keeping up with you guys so don't stop!!

by the way the pics of your kids on the right side of your blog are adorable! Who took those pictures? I love you and miss you lots!
